Sales Representative

Location:

Salary: $35,000-55,000 + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support business development and revenue growth across our organization. This role is responsible for identifying prospective customers, building relationships, presenting company products or services, and converting qualified opportunities into long-term clients.

The Sales Representative will work closely with company leadership to identify new market opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure a consistent sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

This position may require meeting with prospective clients, attending industry events, and maintaining regular communication with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities

  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, and in-person meetings

Client Engagement

  • Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions

  • Deliver presentations and proposals outlining company services or products

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales documentation

  • Track activity, opportunities, and performance using CRM systems

Revenue Growth

  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services

  • Provide market feedback to leadership regarding customer needs and industry trends

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills

  • Comfortable meeting clients in person when required

Preferred

  • Experience in consultative or solution-based sales

  • Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems
